Customer Experience Review for Dropbox
Dropbox is a file sharing and cloud storage service that millions of people around the world use daily for either work or personal purposes. It’s been around for a while and we don’t see it disappearing from the market too soon, so it was high time we gave it a proper review.

Design - 4.5/5
In terms of design, Dropbox presents us with a very straight-forward experience on their site, leaving little to no confusion for potential clients. Their logo remains unmistakeable to this day and the site does a great job of showcasing all of the features Dropbox has to offer.
Usability - 5/5
Loading times for Dropbox’s website are lightning fast and customers can get to the plan list with just a click, no matter what page they might be on. Keyboard navigation works perfectly and localization is great, although the language options list is not super-expansive.
Customer service - 4/5
Having over 700 million users, you can imagine that offering a wide array of support services is close to impossible. Even so, Dropbox still does a solid job here, allowing customers to reach out via live chat, email or even to ask other community members.
The response times are a bit higher than other services, but, given the gigantic user base, this is something we could forgive, especially since Dropbox has a very helpful knowledge base where users can find info on their own.
Product 4.33/5
As a product, Dropbox offers a lot of value, even in its free version. Once users decide to invest into a paid package, they get access to a lot more useful features that can only be described as incredibly convenient.
Final Results - 4.45/5
Unsurprisingly, Dropbox ranks pretty high on our scale, being a well known, widely used and carefully polished product. The sheer amount of users it currently has speaks for itself and we can only be excited for what new features and service Dropbox has in store for the future.
