Scenario: cleaning up 50+ triggers starts to be messy. Especially when you’re in the hundreds and multiple teams have come and gone through your Organisation’s life working in Zendesk.

How to view your data:

1. Read trigger data

2. Download CSV

3. Open "empty template" file

4. Make a copy of the file

5. Command/Control + A and delete everything

6. Then go to File/Import and upload your CSV file

7. In import location, use "Append Current Sheet" option
