22 Ways You Can Screw Up Your Zendesk Business
Hi there,
Welcome to another one of my posts. If you’re here, it means you’re either interested in my business, you have a business of your own which you want to do well with and you found this on the web. Either situations are find and I’m happy you’re here.
There’s this interesting material I cam across on Youtube from a guy called Alex Hormozi who suggested: think about ways to fuck up your business and then do the opposite. It was not his original idea, he got it from Charlie Munger, billionaire partner of Warren Buffet.
Anyway, I tried the exercise and here’s what came out of it:
Here’s my list of things:
Be a bad communicator to clients
Don’t require excellency for the quality for my services
Don’t implement projects well
Don’t pay attention to details
Don’t answer emails fast
Don’t respect deadlines
Break promises
Don’t checkin on clients to see if their projects are going well
Don’t read any new material
Make a bad impression on Zendesk people
Don’t improve my customer experience skill set
Don’t be proactive
Don’t speak from the heart
Don’t do my best to make sure the customer succeeds
Don’t read new books
Don’t edit my videos
Don’t constantly iterate my marketing campaigns
Don’t hire a coach
Don’t hire people who are well trained and motivated
Complain about how unfair my circumstances are
Hold back on giving all that I got so a project gets done well
Expect other to save me and by business
Ok, that’s as far as I can go for now. I’m sure other ideas will come about as I think about this.
What is your list looking like?
